We attribute this to our high standards of print quality and personal service. If our error has caused you to be dissatisfied with your printed project, contact us within 15 days of receipt of your product. We will rectify our mistakes and make it right.
Some printing flaws are outisde of our control. For these reasons we cannot take responsiblity for the following situations:
- Customer supplied spelling, grammar, or layout errors
- Customer supplied low res photos or graphics
- Customer supplied document errors
- Customer supplied product specification errors
- Damage to product caused after delivery
- Color variation from computer screen to final printed product. Local customers may ask for a hard copy proof before printing to ensure color accuracy before the entire job is printed. Color proofs and prototypes are usually complimentary. Coolest Graphics may need to charge for proofs or prototypes, but customers will be informed in advance if this is necessary.
